As A Buyer, you are obligated to complete the transaction with Clear Channel Communications in Marion,OH no later than 5 Business Days from the time of the auction closure. By participating in the auction you agree not to hold Clear Channel Communications, it's affiliates, radio stations, their officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and employees responsible for other users' actions or inactions, including items posted. You understand and acknowledge that the Company is not a traditional auctioneer. We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items advertised or the truth or accuracy of listings.

Your Bid is a contract:
Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from Clear Channel Communications. All sales are final.
Sales Tax:
County Sales tax will be applied at the time of purchase, not in the bidding amount. Tax and Title are not included in Automotive purchase, that will need to be paid for separate at the dealership. Gift Cards will not have tax applied, that will be applied when the card is used.
